Q. What styles of music do you play?
That depends on the function. Have a look at our song list.. Also if there is a specific song you would like us to play, just let us know. Maybe jump up and sing one with us?!
Q. How long do you play for?
We normally perform either 2 x 45 minute spots or 1 x 1hr 30 minute spot. It’s your party so it's your choice. We'll normally play between 1 and 2 hours of music in total.
Q. Will you be set up and ready to play before guests arrive, even if you are not scheduled to play until later?
Our normal arrival time is around 7:00 regardless of the day of week though this is negotiable. We will need 45 minutes maximum to set up. On occasions we have set up in the morning of the event and will if required play background music through our system in the evening. It is necessary to carry out a 'sound check' to ensure the sound quality and volume level is appropriate for the room and guests. The actual sound check usually takes approximately 10 minutes. If guests are already present in the room, the band will announce what they are doing and ask for their perseverance. It has been known for people to hit the dance floor in the sound check!
Q. How long are your breaks?
The length of the breaks and performance times are specified by you on the night to fit your schedule though we will offer advice if requested. We usually work alongside a DJ and we strongly recommend this as a good DJ will keep the atmosphere and continuity throughout the night. A bad one however can have the opposite effect. We will gladly recommend a reliable and experienced DJ if you so wish.
Q. What will you wear?
We'll dress smart or casual off stage as is appropriate for your function - just let us know if you have a preference. On stage we will transform into Rock Gods!
